Xanthan gum powder (80 mesh) from China.

A flavourless thickener and stabiliser. It keeps solid particles in suspension, gives an even texture and can improve mouthfeel. Use to thicken and stabilise sauces, soups, dressings and non-dairy ice creams, including those based on soy milk or rice milk. Also used as a binder in baking.
