This Privacy Policy explains how TND Ventures Pty Ltd trading as Healthie Wholesalers (ABN 37 693 658 061) collects, uses, stores and discloses personal information in connection with our website, online store, customer service and business operations.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us, and we aim to follow those principles as good privacy practice more broadly.

  • billing, delivery and collection addresses;
  • order, purchase, account and customer-service history;
  • payment and transaction information. Full card details are generally processed by our payment providers rather than being visible to Healthie Wholesalers;
  • communications you send to us, including enquiries, complaints, feedback and documents;
  • website and device information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral source and interaction data; and
  • marketing preferences and consent records.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you place an order, create an account, contact us, subscribe to marketing, request a quote or otherwise deal with us. Shopify Network Intelligence and Shopify privacy choices

We use Shopify to operate our online store. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store, which allows Shopify to use certain customer and device data together with data from other Shopify merchants to provide enhanced services such as improved personalization, store performance, fraud protection and advertising-related features.

Where consent is required, Shopify and Healthie Wholesalers will respect choices made through our cookie or privacy controls. Customers may also exercise privacy rights directly with Shopify, including choices relating to targeted advertising and Shopify's use of personal data, through the Shopify privacy portal. Direct marketing

We may send marketing communications where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe facility in the message or by contacting us. We will action opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.
