Sustainable Stoneground Whole Emmer Flour is made from an ancient variety of wheat and stone milled with the bran, germ and endosperm fully retained.
Emmer has a distinctive, full-bodied flavour and protein characteristics that differ from modern wheat. Stone milling helps retain more of the grain’s natural flavour and nutrients compared with conventional roller milling.
Suitable for pizza bases, cakes, pasta, pancakes, breads and other baking applications. It can also be used as an alternative flour in breadmaking and artisan baking.
