Salt - Celtic Sea Ground (Kiln-Dried)

French Celtic sea salt, kiln-dried — not organic.

Fully mineralised, supplied by natural tide water, hand-harvested and unrefined. Kiln-dried for a dry, crunchy texture with round granules roughly 1-2mm in diameter. Subtle flavour that melts in the mouth and stimulates saliva glands — helps break down the complex carbohydrates of grains, beans and vegetables.
