Salt - Celtic Sea Fine (Ground Kiln-Dried)

Our fully mineralised 100% French Celtic Sea Salt is supplied by natural tide water, hand-harvested, unrefined and alive with active key minerals. As each batch is kiln-dried, it is dry and crunchy, with round granules roughly 1-2mm in diameter. 
With a subtle flavour, Celtic Sea Salt melts in your mouth and stimulates your saliva glands. Use to enhance the flavours of food as it helps break down the complex carbohydrates of grains, beans and vegetables.
