Potato Starch

Potato starch: a fine white starch with a neutral flavour (no potato taste), used as a thickener and in baking.

Use in place of corn starch or wheat flour to thicken sauces, soups and gravies; in batters, as it handles higher cooking temperatures than corn starch; and to add moisture and a light texture to baked goods. Contains no wheat or gluten ingredients.
