Our 100% Australian organic oat kernels are steamed, rolled and processed before passing through a 2mm screen to form a wholesome meal. It has a natural oat aroma, is creamy in colour with a mild, slightly nutty flavour. Oat meal can be added to breakfast foods, baked goods and sweet or savoury recipes.
