Long Stem Artichoke – Alla Romana

Tunisian long stem artichokes prepared in the Italian “crudo tradition” and are firm and fresh tasting. Cut them in quarter and serve them as is which a drop of extra virgin olive oil, or add them to your favourite salad or pizza.
