Guar Gum

Guar gum is made from dried guar beans and can be used as a thickener, binder or emulsifier in sweet or savoury recipes and baked goods. Guar powder does not need to be heated to thicken, so it's also great for cold dishes. Gluten-free and vegan, our guar gum has a light, natural flavour with an earthy aroma.
