Glucose Powder (Dextrose)

Glucose powder is a low sweeting powder, with medium anti freeze properties. Our glucose (dextrose) powder gives body to a product and prevents the crystallisation of lactose, through the glucose D-molecule. A sugar substitute, it is sourced from corn, is 70% as sweet as sugar, and versatile for use in baked goods, candies and sorbets.
