Garlic Granules

With the traditional aroma and flavour of garlic, the granules have been crushed and dried, to reduce their heat and pungency. This process also improves the ability to mix with seasonings and rubs, as the granules are better able to be tossed with other ingredients, and stick. Ideal for using in sausage and salami making where you want to add garlic without adding extra moisture to your mix and reducing the likelihood of unwanted results during the ageing process.
