Organic stoneground wholemeal baker's flour.

Made from hard wheat and containing the bran, germ and endosperm, giving a slightly coarser texture, fresh aroma and nutty flavour. Its higher protein and gluten content and water absorption make an elastic dough — ideal for bread rolls and loaves, crackers, flatbreads, pasta and pizza bases.
