Our organic premium bakers white flour is machine milled and has a subtle, fresh wheat flavour and aroma, natural white colour and fine texture.
It has a higher protein and gluten content than plain flour, resulting in a firm structure that holds well when used in baked goods. It is particularly good for soft rolls, bread, pasta and pizza dough making.
