Unbleached sorghum flour milled from white sorghum grown in Australia. Sorghum is a naturally gluten-free grain, and this flour is gluten-tested before it reaches us. Contains no wheat or gluten ingredients.

Subtle flavour and pale cream colour. Use for cooking and baking.
