Flour - Gluten Free Premium

Our premium gluten free plain flour has been blended to be suitable for use in most recipes that require wheat flour. It has a subtle flavour and aroma similar to wheat and is a pale cream colour.
This premium gluten free flour may be used in all areas of cooking and baking where plain or all-purpose flour is called for.
