Salt - Celtic Sea (Fine <3mm)

French Celtic Sea Salt, fine (<3mm). Hand-harvested from natural tide water, unrefined, naturally dried (not kiln-dried). No GMO, no additives or preservatives.

Retains its trace elements and mineral balance. Subtle flavour, melts in the mouth — helps break down the complex carbohydrates of grains, beans and vegetables.

Typical Analysis: Chloride 85%, Sodium 32%, Water 5.6%, Sulphites 1.21%, Calcium 0.14%, Magnesium 0.45%, Potassium 0.15%, Copper 0.017mg/kg, Iron 137.5mg/kg, Manganese 3.1mg/kg, Zinc >1.0mg/kg — plus a broad range of naturally occurring trace and pico-trace minerals.

May be present: traces of gluten, sesame, soy, dairy, sulphites and tree nuts due to packing processes.
