Celery Seeds

Celery seeds are small, pale-khaki seeds with a strong bitter taste. Use in pickles and chutneys, mix with salt to season seafood and add to steamed vegetables. 
Add whole seeds to pickles, chutneys and cooked vegetables such as carrots.
