Natural (non-alkalised) cacao powder made from organic cacao beans grown in Peru (Forastero, Criollo and Trinitario varieties). The beans are roasted, ground and pressed to remove most of the cocoa butter, leaving a fine, light-brown powder with 10–12% fat and a rich chocolate flavour. Product of Peru.

Use in baking, smoothies, hot chocolate, bliss balls, no-bake treats and chocolate-making.
