Organic cacao nibs from Criollo cacao beans grown in Peru. The beans are fermented, roasted, then cracked, shelled and sorted into crunchy pieces. Product of Peru.

Naturally bitter, dark-chocolate flavour. Use in trail mixes, porridge, baking, and on smoothies or ice cream.
