Brewer's yeast is made from a fungus called Saccharomyces cerevisiae typically used to make beer. It has a slightly bitter and nutty taste, a flavour similar to Vegemite.
Our Brewer's Yeast is a rich source of B-complex vitamins, selenium, protein and chromium. It naturally contains probiotics, which helps promote gut health and aids digestion.
