Baking Powder (Gluten Free, Aluminium Free)

Imported baking powder made from sodium bicarbonate (bicarbonate of soda) and sodium acid pyrophosphate with rice flour. Contains no aluminium-based ingredients. Contains no wheat or gluten ingredients.

A leavening agent used in baking to lighten and soften mixtures.
