Australian organic semolina, the coarser part of ground wheat, with a pale golden colour.

Light, nutty flavour. Used in sweet and savoury recipes from India, Asia, the Mediterranean and the Middle East, including porridge, pasta, pizza bases, savoury dishes, cakes, puddings and crusty bread.
