Salt - Celtic Turmeric & Black Pepper

Our fully mineralised 100% French Celtic Sea Salt is supplied by natural tide water, hand-harvested, unrefined and alive with active key minerals. As each batch is naturally dried (NOT kiln-dried), our salt retains all its properties and in particular its high content of trace elements, a natural balance and a composition close to blood plasma. 
Infused with a blend of turmeric and black pepper from Madagascar, this salt has a fresh, peppery and musky aroma with a slight spiciness for a powerful taste.

Turmeric and black pepper are not only there to color and spice up dishes , they are also at the center of traditional medicine. Piperine , present in black pepper , will allow better assimilation of curcumin in the body and release its benefits .
