Salt - Celtic with Madagascar Black Pepper

Our fully mineralised 100% French Celtic Sea Salt is supplied by natural tide water, hand-harvested, unrefined and alive with active key minerals. As each batch is naturally dried (NOT kiln-dried), our salt retains all its properties and in particular its high content of trace elements, a natural balance and a composition close to blood plasma. 
Infused with freshly ground black pepper from Madagascar, this salt has a balance of herbaceous, floral, slightly resinous and lemony notes. It's a blend that we love because we can use it on everything!
