Salt - Celtic with Espelette Pepper

Our fully mineralised 100% French Celtic Sea Salt is supplied by natural tide water, hand-harvested, unrefined and alive with active key minerals. As each batch is naturally dried (NOT kiln-dried), our salt retains all its properties and in particular its high content of trace elements, a natural balance and a composition close to blood plasma. 
Infused with direct-sourced Espelette pepper which excites the taste buds without burning, this salt can be used daily on both raw and cooked dishes, providing a fruity and grilled aroma.
