Organic pumpkin seed kernels, Grade AA, from a hull-less (grown-without-shell) variety. Flat, dark-green seeds with a mild, nutty flavour. Lightly heat-treated before packing. Product of China.

Use for snacking, in salads, baking, trail mix and muesli, or toast for extra crunch.
