Lecithin (Soy) Powder

Our Soy Lecithin powder has a natural, slightly nutty taste and aroma. It is a pale, yellow colour with a soft, sticky texture. Lecithin can be sprinkled over breakfast foods or savoury dishes, and is used as an emulsifying ingredient in baking, confectionery and ice cream recipes.
