Flour - Spelt White Organic (Stoneground)

Organic white spelt flour, stoneground from Australian-grown organic spelt grain with the bran sifted out. Organic, not certified under Healthie's own SXC cert (not an SXC-covered line).

Use in place of plain or all-purpose flour in bread, cakes, desserts, sauces, fresh pasta and pizza dough. Spelt is an ancient grain related to wheat, with a mild, nutty flavour and aroma.
