Flour - Rye Organic

Organic stoneground rye flour — organic, not certified under Healthie's own SXC cert (milled in-house, not an SXC-covered line).

Delicious earthy flavour, more robust than wheat. Finely ground but with more body and slightly heavier than all-purpose flours. Traditionally used for bread, also delicious in cakes, biscuits, pastry, pizza and pasta dough.
