Organic millet flour, pin-milled from hulled Australian millet — organic, not certified under Healthie's own SXC cert (millet is not an SXC-covered line).

Pale yellow, with a mild, slightly sweet flavour and aroma. Suitable for bread baking, flatbreads, desserts and savoury dishes, and widely used in African and Indian cooking.
