Flour - Gluten Free Self-Raising

A blend of maize starch, tapioca flour, rice flour, raising agents and guar gum — not organic, naturally gluten-free by recipe.

Blended to be suitable for use in most recipes that require wheat flour. Subtle flavour and aroma similar to wheat, pale cream colour.
