This gluten free self-raising flour has been blended to be suitable for use in most recipes that require wheat flour. 
Our gluten free self-raising Flour has a subtle flavour and aroma similar to wheat and is a pale cream colour.

Maize starch, Tapioca flour, Rice flour, Raising Agents (500, 575), Guar Gum (412).
