Flour - Coconut Organic

Organic coconut flour from Sri Lanka, made by dehydrating and finely grinding coconut flesh after the oil has been extracted. Organic, not certified under Healthie's own SXC cert (not an SXC-covered line).

Slightly sweet coconut flavour, fresh aroma and a fine texture. Can be used as a substitute for plain flour in breakfasts, savoury and dessert recipes and home baking.
