Flour - Besan Organic

Organic besan (chickpea) flour, Australian, milled from dried organic chickpeas.

Nutty flavour and light yellow colour. Traditionally used in Indian breads, pakoras, bhajis and poppadums; also good for thickening and binding savoury recipes and in batters. Contains no wheat or gluten ingredients.
