Organic Artisan Flour is a premium, high-protein bakers flour milled from 100% Australian grown organic wheat. With a protein content of around 11.1-11.9%, it has the strength and structure needed for great volume and a beautiful open crumb in yeasted breads.
A favourite for sourdough, artisan loaves, pizza and pasta dough - wherever a recipe calls for a strong bakers flour.
