100% French Celtic sea salt, coarse grain (3–6mm) — not organic. Hand-harvested from natural tidal water, unrefined and naturally air-dried (not kiln-dried), so it keeps its natural moisture and trace minerals.

A subtle, rounded salt flavour. Use in a salt grinder, for cooking and brining, or to finish dishes.
