Organic puffed buckwheat, made by applying heat and pressure to whole buckwheat grains to create a light, airy puff. Origin: local and imported.

Despite the name, buckwheat is a seed rather than a cereal grain, and makes a grain substitute. Use as a breakfast cereal alternative. Contains no wheat or gluten ingredients.
