Cocoa Powder Alkalised Conventional

Alkalised (Dutch-process) cocoa powder with a 10–12% fat content, reddish-brown in colour. Made in Malaysia from imported and local ingredients, using cocoa beans from Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and the Solomon Islands. Conventional (not organic).

Mild chocolate flavour and aroma. Use in baking, desserts, hot chocolate and other beverages.
