Buckinis - Organic Activated Caramelised

Caramelised buckinis: clusters of organic activated buckwheat kernels with currants, organic coconut nectar, organic Ceylon cinnamon, maca powder and Celtic salt. Made from local and imported ingredients.

The raw organic buckwheat kernels are activated (soaked, washed and rinsed in filtered water) then dehydrated at a low temperature. Enjoy as a hot or cold breakfast, a quick snack, or an ingredient in raw food, dessert and baking recipes.
