Berry Buckinis are absolutely scrumptious clusters of Activated Buckwheat kernels covered in delicious coconut nectar and cacao, infused with cranberry and apple juice.
The raw buckwheat kernels in these Buckinis have been activated – soaked, washed and rinsed in filtered water – then dehydrated at a low temperature.
