Cinnamon

The use of cinnamon as an aromatic spice can be dated to as far back as ancient Egypt. Popular in spice mixes, sweet or savoury recipes, and hot or cold beverages, our organic ground cinnamon, also known as Ceylon or 'true' cinnamon, is made from the bark from the 'Cinnamomum Verum' plant and has a sweeter, more delicate flavour than cassia.
